For security vulnerabilities or abuse of the RTT.ICU platform, please use the subject line “Security” so we can route it to the right person quickly. If you believe a test or measurement has been directed at your infrastructure without authorization, tell us the target, the approximate time, and the API endpoint used and we will investigate.

We do not offer paid support tiers or enterprise contracts. If you need a response time guarantee, please include that expectation in your email and we will let you know whether we can meet it.
